Refund Policy

NIXI Property Group operates a strict no‑refund policy to ensure fairness and operational predictability. Once services have commenced or been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Service Fees

Monthly recurring services are non‑refundable after the billing period starts. Once‑off services cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled time are also non‑refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Clients who believe a service was not delivered to agreed standards must submit written notice within 48 hours of completion. We will assess, verify, and, if appropriate, rectify issues. Partial credits may be offered at our discretion within this process.

Limitations

No refunds will be issued due to third‑party delays, weather, safety risks, restricted access, force majeure, or events outside our control.
